Below you can find the main information relating to our rates.

- Minimum price per night €60 (2 pax) – Third person/Extra bed €10
- Maximum price per night €90 (2 pax) – Third person/Extra bed €30
- Kids under 12 years old always stay for free.
- Small pets are allowed under a previous request and without extra charges.
- For long stays (at least 1 week) we offer discounts from 10% off.
- A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
- A deposit of 50€ is required at your arrival. We will give you back the entire amount at the check-out if there are no damages to the apartment.
We kindly point out the presence of 4 flights of stairs that allow the access to the flat: one inside the building and three inside the apartment. We will provide, if necessary, assistance for loading/unloading your luggage at the check-in/out.
